KUDOQUA’S LIFETIME RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you aren’t delighted with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or refund at any time as long as it’s still in “sellable condition.” This means, the item should be unworn (voccis balls can be inverted into hats), unwashed (Burnout cards are machine washable), devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears (Burnout cards are nearly impossible to tear, but it can be done), or mysterious odors, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.

Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. Final sale items that cannot be returned include special limited edition voccis balls.

Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received more than 60 days after the purchase date. Returns received after 60 days are reimbursed via Kudoqua eGift Card, which will be sent to the email associated with your order.
